- Trang Vang Doanh Nhan only supports returns when you receive the wrong goods, goods that do not meet the quality/functions described on the website/app, or goods damaged during shipping, etc.

- In such cases, you may contact Trang Vang Doanh Nhan to exchange or return within 07 days of receipt (by post).

- We only accept returns that remain sealed and unused.

- Shipping costs for exchange/return are borne by the party at fault. Specifically:

++ If the fault falls under the cases in the first bullet above, Trang Vang Doanh Nhan bears all costs.

++ If the fault is due to personal reasons or you cannot prove a valid return reason, you bear all costs.

- Goods in promotions, appreciation programs, or with vouchers applied are non-returnable; thank you for your understanding!

- If you prepaid and wish to return, after agreement you will receive a refund to your bank account (after adding/deducting applicable fees, within 07 business days at the latest).
